All The Luxe Base products are carefully curated and checked for authenticity, quality and  VINTAGE condition. We are not required to accommodate a refund or return if you change your mind. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please email info@theluxebase.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. If the item is eligible for a return, it must be posted at the customers expense to The Luxe Base within 7 days of receipt.

The Luxe Base is unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale merchandise, hair accessories, hats, earrings, bodysuits or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
