RETURNS POLICY

All The Luxe Base products are carefully curated and checked for authenticity, quality and vintage condition. We are not required to accommodate a refund or return if you change your mind or feel the size is not correct, therefore please ensure you know your size by brand.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, however may offer to re sell the item for you on a case by case basis pending season of item. 

If you are unsatisfied with your item, please email info@theluxebase.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. If the item is eligible for a return, it must be posted at the customers expense to The Luxe Base within 7 days of receipt.

The Luxe Base is unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale merchandise, hair accessories, hats, earrings, bodysuits or swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Vintage items may have had alterations or adjustments made throughout the years unknown to The Luxe Base so please be aware of this prior to purchasing vintage items.
